Santex builders and developers was established in 2017 as a subsidiary of European renowned company Santex Group SG. The parent company Santex group has successfully delivered many projects in different parts of the world.

Since the owners of Santex group belong to Pakistan. The Group decided to play a significant role for the development of their native country Pakistan.  Currently the company has initiated work on three mega projects i.e., a residential city, an industrial city, farm houses and a superb luxury club house. All three projects are located near Karachi.
